    My boyfriend is always taking me to eat places that are unhealthy, today I had a slip up and ate a blueberry cheese cake waffle and now I'm panicking thinking I'm gain weight, I keep thinking about it, do you have any advice?

    Relaaaax, breathe. First off, that sounds delicious… I’m jealous! Second, one slip up one day won’t do anything to you at all, I can guarantee it. Just make sure after that you eat extra well and don’t skip your workout, you’ll be gold. Third, maybe suggest to your boyfriend you guys indulge like once a week or every other week, and the remainder of the time maybe you get to pick a place? One thing I’ve learned with also having a hungry boy is that 9/10 places always have some healthy option :) xx

    There is such a thing and it’s fairly dangerous because it could lead to brain swelling BUT it’s very hard to get to that point (lmao I had to stop answering this cause a huge centipede crawled by me at the gym). I personally have anywhere between 3-5 liters per day, however many cups that is! The harder I workout the more I usually have. Xx
