Hey love, thank you :) I’m not vegetarian or vegan, but I just don’t have a lot of animal products because a great majority of them contain so many hormones, preservatives, modified ingredients etc. that have been show to have bad repercussions on your health (long term). I do love a big burger and generally have animal protein 2-3 times a week still, I try to pick local & organic! xx
